How fast will I get a quote back?
Most quotes go out the same day. If you submit late in the evening or on a Sunday, expect a response by the next morning. All times are Hawaiian Time Zone.
Do I need to know exactly how much material I need?
No. If you're not sure, just tell us your project type (raised bed, orchard, garden plot, etc.) and we'll help you figure out the right quantity. We'd rather quote you accurately than have you over-order.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Delivery minimums depend on your location and the material. Call 808-425-0474 (Hawaiian Time Zone) or submit the form and we'll let you know what works for your area.
Do you deliver outside Hilo, Keaʻau, Puna, HPP, Mountain View, and Glenwood?
Sometimes. If your property is just outside our main zone, we may still be able to route a delivery depending on load size and timing. Ask in the form.
Can I pick up material instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Pickup is available from the farm. Just select "Pickup" in the form and we'll coordinate timing with you.
How is delivery pricing calculated?
Delivery pricing depends on your distance from the farm, load size, and accessibility of your drop site. We quote it transparently — no hidden fees.
